Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026.
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HypeLab AI Ltd. (“HypeLab AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or use PostPilot, Campaigns, or any related service (together, the “Service”). It does not apply to third-party sites or services we link to, including LinkedIn, which have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and billing details when you create an account or subscribe to a plan. When you connect your LinkedIn account to the Service, we receive the profile and connection information LinkedIn’s authorization flow makes available, only what the Service needs to draft engagement, run Campaigns sequences, and report on results. We also collect usage information automatically, such as credit consumption, feature usage, and pages visited, and standard technical information like IP address and browser type.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, provide support, and monitor for misuse in line with our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. LinkedIn data specifically
Data accessed through your connected LinkedIn account is used only to operate the features you’ve authorized: drafting comments for your review, identifying relevant engagement, and running Campaigns outreach sequences. We do not use this data to train models for other customers, and you can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your account settings.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and your consent where we ask for it. [Governing jurisdiction and any jurisdiction-specific legal bases, e.g. GDPR or CCPA applicability, to be confirmed with HypeLab AI’s registered entity.]
6. Automated processing and human review
7. How we share information
8. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit and limiting access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
- where CCPA or a similar law applies, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information, and the sharing described in this policy is not a sale as we understand the term) without discrimination for exercising that right;
- where GDPR or a similar law applies, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@hypelab.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity first. [Specific regulator contact details to be confirmed once HypeLab AI’s registered entity and primary jurisdiction are finalized.]
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand how it’s used. See our Cookie Policy for details on the categories of cookies we use and how to manage them.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no accepted industry standard for how a website should respond to it, so the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still manage cookies directly through your browser settings or through our Cookie Policy.
13. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
14. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. [Specific transfer mechanisms to be confirmed with HypeLab AI’s registered entity and hosting providers.]
