Team, workspace, or organization membership details;
User-selected preferences and platform settings.

2.2 LinkedIn Connection Information

When a user chooses to connect a LinkedIn account to HypeLab AI, we may process limited information required to enable LinkedIn-connected functionality. This may include basic connection status, authentication information, login-related cookies, and information related to actions the user initiates, configures, or authorizes through HypeLab AI.

2.3 Content, Campaign, and Workflow Information

Draft posts, scheduled content, and campaign configuration;
Team comments, approvals, workspace collaboration details, and workflow status;
AI-assisted content prompts, generated outputs, and editing history where applicable;
Campaign performance information made available through the platform.

2.4 Technical, Security, and Usage Information

Device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address;
Login timestamps and platform access logs;
Error logs, diagnostic information, and security event logs;
Feature usage within HypeLab AI for product improvement and troubleshooting.

2.5 Billing and Communication Information

Billing name, billing email, invoice details, and payment status where paid services are used;
Support requests, onboarding communication, customer success notes, and feedback.
Complete payment card details are not stored by HypeLab AI unless explicitly stated and processed
through a compliant payment service provider.

3. LinkedIn Activity Privacy and Non-Tracking Commitment

We understand that users may have concerns about connecting a LinkedIn account to a third-party tool.
This section is included to address those concerns directly and clearly.

LinkedIn Privacy Assurance

HypeLab AI does not track, monitor, record, store, or compromise a user’s general LinkedIn activity.
Connecting LinkedIn to HypeLab AI does not allow HypeLab AI to observe everything a user does on
LinkedIn. LinkedIn-connected functionality is limited to specific actions initiated, configured, or authorised by the user inside HypeLab AI.

3.1 What We Store for LinkedIn Functionality

To enable LinkedIn-related features, HypeLab AI may securely store limited LinkedIn login-related cookies
or authentication data that are necessary to keep a user’s LinkedIn account connected and allow requested
LinkedIn-related actions to function through the platform.

The LinkedIn-related cookies stored by HypeLab AI are limited to login and account-connection
requirements. They are not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, surveillance, or unrelated monitoring.

3.2 What We Do Not Store

HypeLab AI does not store general LinkedIn activity or session activity data. This includes, without limitation:

LinkedIn browsing history;
LinkedIn search history;
LinkedIn feed activity;
LinkedIn clickstream activity;
Profiles viewed by the user;
Posts viewed by the user;
Messages read by the user outside HypeLab AI workflows;
General LinkedIn session activity logs;
Any unrelated LinkedIn usage data that is not required for the specific HypeLab AI feature being used.

3.3 No Monitoring of Personal LinkedIn Activity

HypeLab AI does not monitor, observe, or track user activity anywhere on LinkedIn at any point in time,
except for the specific user-requested or user-configured actions processed through HypeLab AI as part of
the platform’s intended functionality.

For clarity, a LinkedIn login session or account connection is not the same as activity tracking. The account
connection enables the product to perform authorized LinkedIn-related functionality. It does not create a
record of the user’s personal LinkedIn browsing, reading, searching, clicking, or feed activity.

3.4 No Behavioral Profiling or Sale of LinkedIn Connection Data

We do not use LinkedIn login-related cookies or LinkedIn connection information for behavioral tracking,
advertising, surveillance, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts;
To provide access to HypeLab AI features;
To enable LinkedIn-connected functionality requested or authorized by users;

team membership, campaign participation, and content or workflows created within that workspace.

6.3 Legal and Compliance Requirements

We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests,
protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our terms and policies

6.4 Business Transfers

If HypeLab AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information

11. AI-Assisted Features

HypeLab AI may provide AI-assisted features to help users create, improve, plan, analyze, or manage
content and campaigns. Content submitted to AI-assisted features may be processed to generate outputs or improve the immediate user experience.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or using it externally. HypeLab
AI does not claim ownership over user-submitted business content merely because it is processed through
the platform

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

HypeLab AI may integrate with or enable functionality related to third-party platforms, including LinkedIn.
Use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.

HypeLab AI is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party platforms that it does not own or control. When a user connects a third-party account, HypeLab AI processes only the information required to provide the connected functionality selected, configured, or authorised by the user.

HypeLab AI is intended for business and professional use. It is not intended for use by children or
individuals below the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate
